Senator Halford, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that               
the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.                    
41 "An Act relating to reports by fishing vessels that are not                 
registered under the laws of the state."  Without objection, the bill          
was referred to the Rules Committee.
